Declaring Land Taken for Road, and the Use, Convenience,
or Enjoyment of a Road in Block II, Waiaua Survey
District, Opotiki County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment
of a road, from and after the 29th day of May 1980.
