Dogs See section 60.
Food and clothing for charitable purposes See section 87.
Fragile articles, and articles requiring special care or handling Weight or measurement at parcels rates plus 50 percent.
Fruit, fresh, produce of New Zealand Cook Islands or Niue, as under—
Certified for domestic use of consignee See section 56.
Not certified as above Parcels rates.
Furniture, including lampshades (unpacked furniture will be accepted at owner’s risk only) Weight at parcels rate plus 50 percent or measurement at parcels rates.
Instruments, musical or technical Weight or measurement at parcels rates plus 50 percent.
Library exchanges See section 58.
Motor vehicle body components Weight or measurement at parcels rates plus 50 percent.
Newspapers and periodicals See section 62.
Nuts, produce of New Zealand Cook Islands or Niue As “fruit, fresh”.
