Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land and Land Taken for Road in Block IV, Mimi Survey District, Clifton County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Maurice James Collins of Tongaporutu, farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease recorded in register book, Volume 231, folio 47, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for a road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is also hereby taken for a road, from and after the 31st day of January 1980.

All that piece of land containing 4763 square metres, situated in Block IV, Mimi Survey District, being part Section 9; as shown on plan S.O. 10636, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth, and thereon marked "G".

All that piece of land containing 719 square metres, situated in Block IV, Mimi Survey District, being part Section 8; as shown on plan S.O. 10636, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth, and thereon marked "F".

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Road Closed and Incorporated in the Adjoining Crown Lease in Block XV, Maruia Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of November 1979, and published in Gazette, 29 November 1979, No. 112, at page 3707, proclaiming road closed and incorporated in the adjoining Crown lease in Block XV, Maruia Survey District, Waimea County, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

All that piece of road containing 2794 square metres, situated in Waimea County, adjoining or passing through part Section 5, Block XV, Maruia Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 12366, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson, and thereon marked "G".
