PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject as to parts of the land firstly and secondly described to the reservations imposed by section 168a of the Coal Mines Act 1925 and subject as to the land seventhly described to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and the reservations imposed by section 168a of the Coal Mines Act 1925 for electric works and shall vest in the Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board, from and after the 31st day of January 1980.
