CORRIGENDUM
Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises
In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 13 March 1980, page 697, clause (a) is to read as follows:
On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

CORRIGENDUM
Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
In the notice issued on the 28th day of March 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 1980, No. 35, p. 1051, paragraph 1, line 7, for “Marutuahu” read “Marutuahu”, and in the Schedule, line 6, for “Moehau No. 10”, read “Moehau No. 10”.

Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAMATA COUNTY
1.6187 hectares, more or less, being part Section 1, situated in Block I, Horohoro West Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 404, folio 285. D.P. Plan 17493.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of May 1980.

A PROCLAMATION

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 4 October 1979 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 18 October 1979, No. 96, page 3009, and that notice is hereby cancelled.
