of the Companies Act 1955 at the board room of B. J.

NORTHCOTE BOROUGH COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of
the Borough of Northcote, taken on the 19th day of April
1980, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to
raise a loan of $350,000 to be known as the Library/Com-
munity Building Loan 1979—$550,000 (part $350,000) for the
purpose of constructing a library/community building complex
and incorporating a village square resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 665
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 538
The number of informal votes was 1

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
