Appointments to the Privy Council

His Excellency the Governor-General has released the following statement:

An announcement has been made by the Office of the British Prime Minister, 10 Downing Street, London, that The Queen has been pleased to approve that the following be appointed Members of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council:

The Honourable Duncan MACINTYRE, D.S.O., O.B.E., E.D., M.P., Minister of Agriculture, Minister of Fisheries;

The Honourable Lancelot Raymond ADAMS-SCHNEIDER, M.P., Minister of Trade and Industry;

The Honourable Mr Justice (Duncan Wallace) McMULLIN, a Judge of the New Zealand Court of Appeal.

Dated at Wellington this 30th day of April 1980.
