- Prices for milk supplied by approved associations—
Subject to section 25 (5) of the Act, the price at which any quantity of milk supplied during any period specified in the first column of the First Schedule to this notice is sold—
(a) By any approved association to another approved association; or
(b) Where the operator of a treatment station is not acting in the capacity of a vendor, by any approved association to that operator,—
shall be calculated at the rate specified in the second column of that schedule opposite the reference to that period in the first column of that schedule.

Allowances—There shall be payable to milk producers or, as the case may be, approved associations, in respect of each service specified in the first column of the Second Schedule to this notice provided after the 31st day of August 1979 an allowance calculated at the rate specified in the second column of that schedule opposite the reference to that service.

Revocations—The following notices are hereby consequentially revoked:
(a) The Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975*.
(b) The Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 16†.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice increases with effect on and from 1 September 1979 the rates of the town milk producer price in the First Schedule for the periods commencing with 1 September 1979 and ending on 31 August 1980, and, in the Second Schedule (in paragraph 2), increases the rates of allowance for administration of approved associations.

Notice Respecting Proposed Alteration to Thames Valley Drainage District
It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1908 praying that the boundaries of the Thames Valley Drainage Board be altered by the inclusion of the area described in the Schedule hereto in the Tahuna Subdivision of the said Board.
All persons affected who object to the proposed alteration are hereby called upon to lodge any objections thereto in writing with the Minister of Local Government, Parliament Buildings, Wellington within 1 month after the date of first publication of this notice.
