Railway Land Proclaimed as Road at Conical Hills

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby proclaims as road and vests in the Clutha County Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Otaki

PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a right of way easement, as defined in section 90b of the Land Transfer Act 1952, hereby reserved over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, for railway purposes, on and after the 30th day of January 1980.

Board Appointed to Control and Manage Reserves for Scenic and Recreation Purposes

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Land District of Marlborough, who shall be Chairman, ex officio;

A member of the Blenheim Borough Council, ex officio;

A member of the Nelson City Council, ex officio;

A member of the Marlborough County Council, ex officio;

A member of the Executive Committee of the Automobile Association (Marlborough) Incorporated, ex officio;

A member of the Executive Committee of the Automobile Association (Nelson) Incorporated, ex officio;

Lloyd Lawrence Hill; and

Geoffrey Cameron Wood

to be the Pelorus Reserves Board to control and manage the reserves, controlled by the Pelorus Reserves Board, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for scenic and recreation purposes, for a term to expire on 31 December 1980.

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Price Notice 1980.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1980.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires,—

“The Act” means the Milk Act 1967;

“Approved association” means an association of milk producers approved under section 53 (1) of the Act:
