and ending on 28 February 1982.

Appointment of Examiners Under the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Transport
under the Ministry of Transport Act 1968:
(a) The persons named in the First Schedule hereto are
appointed to be examiners for the purposes of granting
the certificates and licences referred to in that
Schedule, in terms of section 20 of the Shipping and
Seamen Act 1952, with effect from the date hereof.
(b) The person named in the Second Schedule hereto is
appointed to be examiner for the purposes of granting
the certificates referred to in that Schedule, in terms
of sections 50 and 50A of the Shipping and Seamen
Act 1952, with effect from the date hereof.
(c) The persons named in the Third Schedule hereto are
appointed to be examiners of applicants in the sight
tests in terms of section 21 of the Shipping and
Seamen Act 1952, with effect from the date hereof.
