- All reasonable expenses of or incidental to preparing, perusing and advertising the ‘scheme’ shall be paid out of and be a charge upon the fund.
The scheme has been prepared because the purpose for which the original Trust fund was established has now become superfluous and is so restrictive as to be useless.
The application for approval of the scheme is to be heard in the Supreme Court at Wellington on Wednesday, the 28th day of May 1980, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Wellington and the Scout Association of New Zealand and the Girl Guides Association New Zealand (Incorporated) and the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before the said 28th day of May 1980.
The address for service of the Scout Association of New Zealand and Girl Guides Association New Zealand (Incorporated) is at the offices of Messrs Luke Cunningham and Ciere, Solicitors, 166–168 Featherston Street, Wellington.
