Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block X, Cambridge Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waikato County Council and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Denis Poppe Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Levin, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 2005272 and H. 203692, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Closed and Vested

ALL those pieces of road, situated in Block X, Cambridge Survey District, described as follows:

Road Closed and Vested in Block III, Maraekakaho Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the road when so closed shall vest in Maraekakaho Land Company Limited at Napier, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 278921 and 311489.1, and memorandum of lease No. 304534.1, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.

ALL that piece of road containing 3 acres 0 roods 15 perches (1.2520 hectares), situated in Block III, Maraekakaho Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 6, D.P. 5335, being part Block 1, Maraekakaho Crown Grant District; as shown on plan S.O. 5773, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 23rd day of April 1980.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block X, Whangara Survey District, Cook County, for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for the realignment of State Highway 35, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post Office at Whangara and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, if they have any objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
