Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks in Block IV, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 7th day of December 1979, and published in Gazette, 10 January 1980, No. 1 at page 8, declaring land taken for waterworks in Block IV, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County, by adding on the seventh line between the words “for waterworks” and “from and after the 10th day of January 1980” the words “and shall vest in the Wellington Regional Water Board”.
