IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of INDUSTRIAL CREDITS (N.Z.) LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Messrs Scott, Hardie Boys, Morrison and Co., Solicitors, Eighteenth Floor, Challenge House, (05-109 The Terrace, Wellington, on Friday, the 2nd day of May 1980, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolutions with or without amendment as extraordinary resolutions namely:

1. That the company hereby sanctions the distribution in specie to the company’s shareholders of the property of the company comprised in certificate of title, Volume 24A, folio 1469 (North Auckland Registry), being in full and final satisfaction of the debt owed by the company to its shareholders.

2. That all books and papers of the company and the liquidator be handed to Mr John Bentley Morrison for retention in safe custody by him in such manner as he may think fit.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member.
