Declaring Land Taken Subject to a Fencing Covenant for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Dannevirke

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 335640.1, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for police purposes (residence), from and after the 10th day of April 1980.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the declaration dated the 31st day of August 1971, published in the Gazette of 9 September 1971, No. 67 at page 1819, and registered at the North Auckland Land Registry under No. A590166, declaring land taken for the Auckland South-Eastern Motorway in the Borough of Mount Wellington; pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, and also hereby revokes the Declaration dated the 10th day of July 1975, published in the Gazette of 31 July 1975, No. 63 at page 1665, and registered at the North Auckland Land Registry under No. 096563, declaring land taken for motorways in the City of Auckland, the Borough of Henderson, the Borough of Mount Wellington, and the Borough of Mount Roskill, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928.
