Consenting to the Assignment of a Licence to Use Water for the Purpose of Generating Electricity
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby assigns to James Miller Brown and Carolyn May Brown, a licence dated the 4th day of April 1975 authorising Louis Victor Ball of Omakau, Central Otago, sheepfarmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity. Sale of Taranaki Harbours Board Endowment Land
I, Colin Campbell Alexander McLachlan, Minister of Transport, pursuant to the powers vested in me by sections 143A and 143B (b) of the Harbours Act 1950, and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance do hereby specifically approve the sale by private treaty of the land vested in the Taranaki Harbours Board and described in the Schedule hereto subject to the conditions that the Taranaki Harbours Board shall apply the proceeds from the sale approved thereunder for the purchase of land and any improvements thereon such land to be acquired in the name of the Board as an endowment to replace the endowment so sold. And I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the 28th day of February 1980.

Notice of Receipt of Application for an International Air Service Licence
PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Polynesian Airlines of Apia, Western Samoa, has applied for an International Air Service Licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail between Western Samoa and New Zealand, and, between Western Samoa and the Cook Islands. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application, must forward those representations in writing, to reach me on or before 18 April 1980.
