IN the notice issued on the 7th day of February 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of February 1980, No. 18, page 557, line 7 in the notice, for “as a reserve for natural purposes”, read “as a reserve for nature purposes”.

Vesting of Reclaimed Land in the City of Manukau: Tamaki River

THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175D of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests
in the City of Manukau the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Order in Council on 10 July 1978*, such land to be vested in the Manukau City Council as esplanade reserve.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of reclaimed land at Tamaki River, situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District, containing 470 square metres, as more particularly shown marked “A” on plan M.D. 15993 (S.O. 53975), and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.
The District Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby appoints the officer for the time being holding the office of scientist, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Palmerston North, to be a non-elective member of the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board.
