Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for local purpose (esplanade) to a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of Appointment of Hutchinson Recreation Reserve Board

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Hutchinson Recreation Reserve Board as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1938, page 2461, to control and manage that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Name of Part of the Devonport Domain Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves, Department of Lands and Survey hereby declares that the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Devonport Domain shall hereafter be known as the Mount Victoria Recreation Reserve.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby revokes the appointment of the Putaruru Free Kindergarten Association to control and manage the reserves for local purpose (pre-school education), described in the Schedule hereto, and further appoints the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for local purpose (pre-school education).
