Powells Road; thence westerly along that side to the north-

westerly along the generally north-western boundaries of
Allotment 412, Kirikiriroa Parish, to a point 60.35 metres
distant from and measured at right angles to the eastern side
of Tramway Road; thence southerly along a series of right
lines parallel to the said road and Bisley Road, and that right
line produced to the southern side of the Thames Branch
Railway; thence westerly along that southern side to a point
in line with the western boundary of part Allotment 304, as
shown on S.O. Plan 32792; thence southerly along a right line
crossing another part Allotment 304, to and along the said
western boundary and the western boundary of part Allot-
ments 304 and 223A, shown on S.O. Plan 32394 (Water Power
Development, New Zealand Gazette, 1946, p. 4), a right line
crossing part Allotment 223A (Agricultural College and
Model Farm, New Zealand Statutes, 1901, p. 276), to and
along the western boundary of another part Allotment 223A,
shown on S.O. Plan 32394, and that last-named boundary
produced to the middle of Ruakura Road; thence south-
easterly generally along the middle of that road, Fillcrest
Road, and Silverdale Road, to a point in line with the south-
eastern boundary of Allotment 415, Kirikiriroa Parish; thence
north-easterly to and along that boundary to the northern
corner of Lot 157, D.P. S. 10241; thence south-easterly along
the north-eastern boundary of that lot to the western corner
of part Allotment 290, Kirikiriroa Parish; thence north-easterly
along the north-western boundaries of the said part Allotment
290, and Lot 2, D.P. S. 7353, to the middle of the Mangaonua
Stream; thence generally southerly along the middle of that
stream to the middle of State Highway 1; thence generally
westerly along the middle of the said highway to a point due
north of the original western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 14541
