NOTICE No. 2175, published in Gazette, July 1979, No. 61, is hereby amended by revoking the paragraph headed “SPECIES: ROSE (Rosa L.)” and replacing it with the following paragraph:

PURSUANT to section 20 (5) of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that applications for the surrender of grants as specified in the Schedule hereto, have been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties. Any objections to these applications for surrender must be lodged with the Registrar within one calendar month of the date of publication of this Gazette. Such objections must comply with Regulation 19 of the Plant Varieties Regulations 1975.
