Classification and Naming of Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National
Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey
hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto,
to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to
the provisions of the said Act, and further declares that the
said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Betty Archer
Recreation Reserve.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
1737 square metres, more or less, Lots 21 and 22, D.P. 2341,

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National
Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey
hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto,
to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to
the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and
further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known
as the Woolley River Scenic Reserve.
