Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Road Closed and Vested in Block I, Waimea Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto is hereby closed and that the road described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Leslie James Barrett, orchardist and farmer, of Redwoods Valley, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 172673.1 and 183443.2, Nelson Land Registry, and that the road described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Seaview Orchards Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Nelson, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 119345, Nelson Land Registry; and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
