Shooting hours: 6.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Decoy limit: No limit.
Approval to Hunt or Kill Game During an Open Season for Game Where Food Has Been Cast, Thrown, Placed, or Planted
Approval is given for persons to hunt or kill game of the species listed below during an open season for game in the acclimatisation districts named hereto, where food has been cast, thrown, placed, or planted during the 1980-81 open season for game or during the period thirty (30) days immediately preceding the 1980-81 open season for game, and subject to the conditions specified hereto.

Ashburton Acclimatisation District.
Bay of Islands Acclimatisation District.
Hawera Acclimatisation District.
Hobson Acclimatisation District.
Mangonui-Whangaroa Acclimatisation District.
Marlborough Acclimatisation District.
Nelson Acclimatisation District.
North Canterbury Acclimatisation District.
Otago Acclimatisation District.
South Canterbury Acclimatisation District.
Southern Lakes Acclimatisation District.
Southland Acclimatisation District.
Waitaki Valley Acclimatisation District.
Wanganui Acclimatisation District.
Wellington Acclimatisation District.
West Coast Acclimatisation District.
Whangarei Acclimatisation District.
Conditions
- The conditions specified for each Acclimatisation District under this Second Schedule shall apply.
- This approval will expire at the end of the open season for game specified for each Acclimatisation District.
THIRD SCHEDULE
Ashburton Acclimatisation District
(1) Rangitata River Lagoon, Wakanui.
(2) The property of Mr and Mrs R. Gregory, being Lot 2, D.P. 11497, R.S. 23979, 25005, 25298, and 14618, and 19418, Lot 3, D.P. 11497, R.S. 25299, 26714, and 35991, Block II, Westerfield Survey District.
(3) The property of Mr J. J. A. Studholme, R.S. 2582, Block I, Lots 1 and 4, Coldstream S.D., D.P. 8841.
Auckland Acclimatisation District
(1) Rotokohu No. 1B1, No. 1B2A, and No. 1B2B, No. 1 Block Aroha S.D. and No. 1B2A1 County of Ohinemuri, the property of the Paeroa Golf Club.
(2) All that area from an imaginary line across the Waikato River between Weti Clark’s Point on the Port Waikato side and Hill’s Drain on the Otana side to the Waikato Heads; and a strip of land 20 metres wide on both banks of such portion of the said river.
(3) Lot 1 of Sections 6, 22, and 78, Hunua Parish, containing 76 hectares, the property of W. H. Mackey.
(4) Sections 4 and 18, Block XVI, Piako S.D., containing 193 hectares, the property of J. B. Woodyard.
(5) Section No. XV, Pirongia Parish, containing 213 hectares, the property of E. R. Mackenzie.

The Kaitoke Creek and its tributaries and an area 100 metres in width on either bank from the main road bridge over the Kaitoke Creek upstream to the southern boundary of Allotment 185, Aotea Parish, and the eastern boundary of the State Forest Reserve, the Awana Stream and an area 100 metres in width on either bank from its confluence with the sea at low-water mark to the point where the main tributary flowing across Allotment 178, Aotea Parish, meets the Awana Stream; the Saltwater Creek and an area 100 metres in width on either bank from its confluence with the sea at Oruawhara Bay to a point where the south-east boundary of Allotment N.W. 74, Aotea Parish, crosses the creek.
