IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of STANDARE FARMS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at 564 Victoria Street, Hamilton:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
7th day of September 1979, presented to the said Court
by WRIGHTSON NMA LIMITED; and that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on
the 13th day of March 1980, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will
be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the
regulated charge for the same.

DIXON ENGINEERING LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Palmerston North and carrying
on business as general engineers; and that the said petition is

IN THE MATTER of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and IN THE
MATTER of an application by the Waikato Diocesan Trust
Board, trustee, to vary the terms of the Taumarunui Building
Fund Trust:

TAKE notice that the Waikato Diocesan Trust Board as trustee
of the Taumarunui Building Fund Trust will apply to the
Supreme Court at Hamilton, on Monday the 5th day of May
1980, for an order under Part III of the Charitable Trusts
Act 1957 varying the trusts under which a fund amounting
presently to some eight thousand five hundred dollars
($8,500.00) (approximately) is held.

The Trust fund is presently held upon trust for the purpose
of building and furnishing a new church in the township of
Taumarunui.

The order sought is an order approving a variation of the
purpose of the Trust permitting the fund to be used for the
alteration, renovation, equipping, decorating, and maintenance
of the parish’s existing church buildings.

The date proposed for the hearing of this application in
this Court is the 5th day of May 1980 and any person desiring
to oppose the scheme must give written notice of his intention
to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Hamilton
and to the trustees and to the Attorney-General not less than
7 clear days prior to the 5th day of May 1980.

This notice is given by the Waikato Diocesan Trust Board
whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Norris
Ward Jansen Webb & Bindon, Solicitors, ANZ Bank Building,
334 Victoria Street, Hamilton.

company having its registered office at 64 Eighth Avenue,
Tauranga, and carrying on business as printers—Debtor:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 22nd day of February 1980, presented to the said Supreme
Court by INSTITUTE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED (trading as
Institute Press) of Auckland, printers; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Rotorua on the 18th day of March 1980, at 9.30 in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the
said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person
or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
