Land Transfer Act 1952

Notice is hereby given that the Roman Catholic Bishop of
the Diocese of Christchurch has by application 263904/1 made
application, under the Roman Catholic Bishops Empowering
Act 1954, to be registered as proprietor of the estate in fee
simple in all that parcel of land described as Paddock 6,
Deposited Plan 101, situated in Block II of the Southbridge
