NOTICE OF PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND

In the matter of MUSGROVE BROS. LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that a first dividend of 20c in dollar is to be paid to unsecured creditors who have proved their debts. Proofs have been submitted in most cases.

Final notice is now given that 31 December 1980 is hereby fixed as the day on or before which any creditors who have not already filed proofs of debt should do so or be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is given hereby that the undersigned, the liquidator of Simbow Investments Limited, which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 9th day of January 1981, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims or to establish any title they might have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case might be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is given hereby that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 12th day of December 1980, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

That a declaration of solvency having been filed in compliance with section 274 of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily and Mr Rodney Harrison Wimsett of Napier, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.

NOTICE OF MEETING OF COMPANY TO PASS WINDING-UP RESOLUTION

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of H. E. RAMSEY AND CO. (1977) LTD.:

Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Wilkinson Wilberfoss, Sixteenth Floor, National Mutual Building, Shortland Street, Auckland, on the 8th day of January 1981, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, to consider and if thought fit to pass the following as a special resolution, namely:

That the company be wound up voluntarily.

Appointment of liquidator.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
