Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Opotiki County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for local purpose (quarry) and vests the said reserve in the Opotiki County Council in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds of any such sale to be paid into the Council’s Reserves Account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks VI and VII, Kowai Survey District—Malvern County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Malvern County Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
