Submissions should include a reference to the identification reference, application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned and be supported by information as to:

(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.

Request for Change of Denomination (Notice No. 2503, Ag. P.V. 3/7)

Notice is hereby given by the Registrar of Plant Varieties that notice No. 2490, published in the New Zealand Gazette on 20 November 1980, concerning the variety referred to in the Schedule to this notice, is hereby cancelled.

Notice is also given that a request has been received from the grant holder for a change in the registered denomination of the protected variety as specified in the Schedule to this notice. If no objections are received within 2 months of the publication of this notice the Registrar will alter the denomination as requested.
