Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land, described in the Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 11th day of December 1980.

ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches, situated in Block VII, Atiamuri Survey District, being Lot 10, D.P. S. 4644, being part Tatua West Block.

Railway Land Proclaimed as Road at Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby proclaims as road and vests in the Christchurch City Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

70 Parts Lot 1, D.P. 12999, being parts of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 755/1, respectively marked A and E on plan.
6 Part Rural Section 79, being railway land pursuant to section 9, Government Railways Act 1949, document No. 279201/1, marked D on plan.

Situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 31947 (S.O. 15126), deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration that the Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife management), and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.

Consent of Minister of Customs to Exportation of Coffee under Customs Export Prohibition (Coffee) Order 1980

PURSUANT to clause 2 of the Customs Export Prohibition (Coffee) Order 1980*, the Minister of Customs hereby consents to the exportation of coffee accompanied by a valid certificate issued in conformity with the International Coffee Agreement 1976.

This consent shall take effect on the 11th day of December 1980.

Consent of Minister of Customs to Importation of Coffee under Customs Import Prohibition (Coffee) Order 1980

PURSUANT to clause 2 of the Customs Import Prohibition (Coffee) Order 1980*, the Minister of Customs hereby consents to the importation of coffee from countries which are members of the International Coffee Agreement 1976, when such coffee is accompanied by a valid certificate issued in conformity with the Agreement.

This consent shall take effect on the 11th day of December 1980.
