Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed, in Block V, Coromandel Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land containing 807 square metres, being Lot 7, D.R.O. H31, Block V, Coromandel Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 51037, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “A”.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 314 square metres, situated in Block V, Coromandel Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. S. 13584, and part Parangu No. 7 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 51037, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “B”.

Declaring Land Taken for Road in Ashburton County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Ashburton County Council, from and after the 11th day of December 1980.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Vested in Wairewa County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Wairewa County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road firstly, secondly, and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Albert Edward Birdling of Birdlings Flat, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 851971 and No. 852174, Canterbury Land Registry, and also declares that the closed road fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
