Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks III and VIII, Taylor Pass Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the restrictions imposed by Part XIII of the Land Act 1908, and the right of Her Majesty the Queen to all minerals, mineral oil, gas, metals, coal, and valuable stone under the surface of the land, and to the right of ingress, egress, and regress to all persons lawfully engaged in working any such mineral, mineral oil, gas, metal, coal, or stone, for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Marlborough Catchment and Regional Water Board, from and after the 11th day of December 1980.
