Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be classified, as that of a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares that the said reserve be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That State Forest Land be a Reserve for Recreation Purposes and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Black Gully Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby declares that the State forest land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Black Gully Recreation Reserve to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the Black Gully Recreation Reserve Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (accessway), and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Manukau City Council, in trust for that purpose.
