PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) stops the said road,

and further pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be set apart for better utilisation, from and after the 4th day of December 1980.
