of the Customs Act 1966

Pursuant to section 56 (1) of the Customs Act 1966, the
Minister of Customs does hereby determine that entries shall
be made under Part II of the Customs Act 1966 in respect

for non-commercial visits to New Zealand, when imported

Sale of Lyttelton Harbour Board Land

I, Colin Campbell Alexander McLachlan, Minister of Trans-
port, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of
Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act
1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and
section 143c (1) (b) of the said Act, the disposal by way of
sale of the land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the
Lyttelton Harbour Board, pursuant to section 143c of the
said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective
from the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land Registration
District, containing 1042 square metres, situated in the Borough
of Lyttelton, being Lot 1, on D.P. 11234, part Reserve 68,
as described in certificate of title, Volume 9B, folio 100.

The said parcel of land being more particularly shown
marked green on M.D. 16035, which is held in the offices of
the Ministry of Transport of Aurora House, Wellington.
