Declaring Land Taken for Limited Access Road in the County of Kairanga

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, from and after the 27th day of November 1980.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block V, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Bay of Islands County Council, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which road shall, when so closed, vest in George Bernard Dickinson, of Opua, retired.

All that piece of road situated in Block V, Russell Survey District, containing 4 square metres, adjoining or passing through Section 8, Block XVII, Town of Opua; marked "B" on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 54556, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Declaring Road in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County, to be a Government Road and Stopped and to be Crown Land

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 27th day of November 1980.

All that piece of road containing 410 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Allotment 51, Parish of Te Papa; as shown on plan S.O. 48043, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked "H".
