Agreement for Grant of Easement in Favour of the Pukekohe Borough Council Over Land Situated in the Borough of Pukekohe, Held for a Technical School under the Public Works Act 1928, Assented to

Whereas by a declaration dated the 7th day of May 1979, land was taken under the Public Works Act 1928, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 58643; and whereas the Pukekohe Borough Council was entitled to compensation in respect of its interest in the said land; and whereas the Minister of Works and Development agreed to grant to the said Pukekohe Borough Council a right of way over the land held for a technical school in part satisfaction of the compensation aforesaid; and whereas the said Pukekohe Borough Council has agreed to accept such grant of a right of way in part satisfaction of the said compensation; now, therefore, the Minister of Works and Development hereby gives notice pursuant to section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that he assents to the agreement herein before referred to.
