CORRIGENDUM

THE Proclamation appearing in error in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 October 1980, No. 122, p. 3064 (F.S. 6/3/21), should be substituted by the Proclamation appearing in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 June 1980, No. 66, p. 1733 (F.S. 6/3/21).

CORRIGENDUM

Appointment of Maori Warden Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 April 1979, No. 30, p. 1084, for the words “Ngahui Isaac” in line seven of the Schedule, read “Ngahuia Couper”, which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM

Reappointment of Maori Wardens Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 1980, No. 66, p. 1735, for the words “Rawinia Turanga” in line 4 of the Schedule, read “Rawinia Couper”, which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Deputy Secretary for Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land—South Auckland Land District—Tauranga County

In the Second Schedule of the notice dated the 9th day of October 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 October 1980, No. 124, p. 3150, for “being Section 37, Block VIII . . .” read “being Lot 1, L.T.S. 28194 . . .”.

CORRIGENDUM

Oaths and Declarations Act

THE notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 23 April 1980, page 1208, the first paragraph should read as follows:

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, as amended by the Oaths and Declarations Act 1972, I authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the service of Crown, specified in the Schedule below to take and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.
