IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of COX TRANSPORT LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the
Companies Act 1955, that by an entry in the minute book,
the above-named company on the 15th day of February 1980
resolved by extraordinary resolution as follows:

1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
   continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up,
   and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That in pursuance of section 285 of the Companies Act
   1955, the Official Assignee, Christchurch, be and is hereby
   nominated as liquidator of the company.
   A meeting of creditors of the company will accordingly
