Revocation of Appointment of the Long Beach Domain Board and Appointment of the Silverpeaks County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby revokes the appointment of the Long Beach Domain Board as published in New Zealand Gazette, 1953, page 294, and further, appoints the Silverpeaks County Council to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XIII, Pigeon Bay Survey District

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Wairewa County Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
