PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to drainage, pipeline and incidental rights created by transfer 66020 and subject to building line restriction in special order 132943 for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Taranaki Hospital Board; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to fencing proviso in transfer 100794 for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Taranaki Hospital Board, from and after the 21st day of February 1980.
