ON the 22nd day of October 1980, a notice of presentation of a winding up petition against Taumarumui Excavators and Drainage Ltd. was advertised on the 23rd day of October 1980. This appeared in error as the debt due to the petitioning creditor had been paid prior to the lodging of the petition with the High Court. No further action on the petition will be taken by the creditor and an appropriate apology has been issued to the company.
