NOTICE is hereby given that on the 12th day of November 1980, the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, registered a scaled copy of an order of the High Court dated the 5th day of November 1980, confirming the following terms and conditions the distribution of the sum of $50,516 in the share premium account of the above-mentioned company such distribution being sanctioned by a resolution of shareholders made on the 3rd day of November 1980:

(a) Parts (b) and (c) of the resolution not to be varied without the prior approval of the High Court.

(b) So long as any part of the said sum remains undistributed, the accounts of the company shall be noted so as to show:

(i) the existence of the resolution of the 3rd day of November 1980, and

(ii) what part of the said sum remains undistributed but still subject to the resolution.
