EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of lease 9210, affecting the land in certificate of title C2/317 (Hawke’s Bay) registry, whereof James Gatland Gilbert of Napier, retired, is the lessee, and The Napier Harbour Board is the lessor, having been lodged with me together with application No. 383993.1 to register an extension of the said lease without the production of the said lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such extension upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
