Proposal to Surrender a Grant of Plant Selectors’ Rights Notice No. 2488, Ag. P.V. 3/2

PURSUANT to section 20 (5) of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that an application for the surrender of a grant as specified in the Schedule hereto, has been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties. Any objections to this application for surrender must be lodged with the Registrar within one calendar month of the date of publication of this Gazette. Such objections must comply with regulation 19 of the Plant Varieties Regulations 1975. If there are no objections the grant will be terminated as indicated.
