Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that St. Pius X Primary School, Glenn Innes, will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from 17 November 1980.

A copy of the integration agreement is available for inspection at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building, Wellington.

Survey Board of New Zealand—Surveyors Examinations February/March 1981—New Zealand

It is hereby notified for general information, that the Survey Board of New Zealand will conduct the following examinations on the dates shown.

  1. New Zealand Acts and Regulations relating to surveys will be held at any of the Chief Surveyor's Offices in all main centres or at the Offices of the District Surveyor at Rotorua, Whangarei, Palmerston North, or as otherwise directed, on Friday, 30 January 1981, at 9 a.m.

Applications, on the proper form, together with the prescribed fee must reach the Secretary of the Board not later than 5 January 1981.

  1. The Professional Interview will be held in Wellington, starting on Monday, 23 March 1981, at 8.45 a.m.

Applications, on the proper forms, together with the prescribed fee must reach the Secretary of the Board not later than 20 February 1981. Certificates of Practical Experience, Form 3, and a list of surveys carried out during the period of practical work, Form 2, must reach the Secretary by 20 February 1981. Plans and all other evidence required by the Second Schedule of the Surveyors Professional Regulations 1977, together with the results of astro. observations and computations must reach the Secretary not later than 6 March 1981.

Application forms and further detailed information about the Board's requirements may be obtained from the undersigned.

The fees for examination are as follows:

Professional Interview ........................ $50.

The Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1977, Amendment No. 6

Pursuant to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1977, Amendment No. 6.
    (ii) This notice shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of July 1980.
    (iii) This notice is given after consultation with the Minister of Agriculture.
    (iv) This notice further amends the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1977* (hereinafter referred to as "the principal notice"), as varied by the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1977, Amendment No. 1†, the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1977, Amendment No. 2‡, the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1977, Amendment No. 3§, the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1977, Amendment No. 4||, and the Milk Treatment Allowances Notice 1977, Amendment No. 5¶.

  2. The principal notice is hereby further varied by revoking the Schedule thereto and replacing the same with the following Schedule.

STANDARD RATES OF MARGINS AND ALLOWANCES PAYABLE FOR SERVICES PERFORMED IN RESPECT OF TOWN MILK

1. Treatment by treatment station if the aggregate quantity treated is:
(1) 11 500 litres or over per day 6.63
(2) 4 500 litres or over but less than 11 500 litres per day 6.69
(3) Less than 4 500 litres per day 7.90
2. Treatment by treatment station if such milk is not stored by refrigeration in the treatment station pending delivery but is stored elsewhere, and if the aggregate quantity treated is:
(1) 11 500 litres or over per day 6.52
(2) 4 500 litres or over but less than 11 500 litres per day 6.58
(3) Less than 4 500 litres per day 7.79
3. Homogenisation by treatment station, if the aggregate quantity homogenised is:
(1) 4 500 litres or over per day 0.76
(2) 2 250 litres or over but less than 4 500 litres per day 1.02
(3) Less than 2 250 litres per day 1.30
4. Diverting to town milk industry by treatment station of skim milk if the aggregate quantity diverted is:
(1) 4 500 litres or over per day 0.43
(2) 2 250 litres or over but less than 4 500 litres per day 0.51
(3) Less than 2 250 litres per day 0.59
5. Storing by refrigeration in vendor's depot 0.71
6. Storing by refrigeration in community depot 1.07

Notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State forest land.
