Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scientific purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds of any such sale to be paid into the Council's Reserves Account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Change of Name of the Puketi - Parihamori Historic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the reserve, for historic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and known as the Puketi - Parihamori Historic Reserve, shall hereafter be known as the Puketarata - Parihamore Historic Reserve.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Kiwitca County Council on the twenty-first day of August 1980.

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kiwitca County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Appointment of the Rangitikei - Wanganui Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Rangitikei - Wanganui Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (soil conservation and river control).
