Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve
and Appointment of the Waimairi County Council to
Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby revokes the appointment of The Young Women's
Christian Association of the City of Christchurch Incor-
porated, to control and manage the reserve for local purpose
(youth holiday and recreation camp), described in the
Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Waimairi County
Council to control and manage the said reserve, subject to
the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose
(youth holiday and recreation camp), on condition that the
Waimairi County Council shall within 5 years of the date
of this notice prepare a management plan for the reserve.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—WAIMAIRI COUNTY
1.1533 hectares, more or less, being Reserve 5253, situated in
Block IV, Christchurch Survey District. All New Zealand
Gazette, 1969, page 1368, S.O. Plan 10973.

Classification of Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule
hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (site
for municipal building), subject to the provisions of the
said Act.

DISTRICT
273 square metres, more or less, being Lot 184, D.P. S. 900,
being part Dacre's Grant, situated in Block XI, Otama Survey

Appointment of the Otorohanga District Council to Control
and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby appoints the Otorohanga District Council to control
and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto,
subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local
purpose (soil conservation and river control).

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OTOROHANGA DISTRICT
4.5967 hectares, more or less, being Section 179, Block IV,
Orahiri Survey District and Sections 105 and 109, Block VIII,

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice
No. 2, 1980
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives
the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(National Roads Board) Notice No. 2, 1980. -
It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads
Board, that the State Highway as set out in the Schedule
hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule. -
So much of the notice dated the 13th day of June 1980†,
which relates to the classification of the highway described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
CLASSIFIED IN CLASS ONE
No. 31 State Highway (Otorohanga-Kawhia): from the
beginning of the said State Highway at Otorohanga to Okoko
Road (RP 15/8.94).

Exemption of Certain Motor Vehicles from the Height
Restriction for Front Direction Indicators
Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 90 of the Traffic
Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts
motor vehicles of the types specified in the Schedule hereto
from the requirements of subclause 2 (a) of regulation 63
of the said regulations, in respect of the maximum height of
1.5 metres that a front direction indicator may be mounted
above the ground.

Any HINO KB, HE, HH or ZM Series truck.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles (Other Than
Heavy Goods Service Vehicles) in Terms of Traffic Regula-
tions 1976
Pursuant to regulation 88 (1) of the Traffic Regulations
1976* the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the
purpose of regulation 62 (3) of the said regulations, red
reflectors of the type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Red reflectors incorporated in tail lamp assemblies fitted to
Suzuki Model LJ vehicles and having moulded on the lens the
identification marking:
Tokaidenso RR40J.

Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice,
hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee
on 13 October 1980 made an order authorising variations of
the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known
as "The Marine Lounge Bar", D.B. Esplanade Hotel, Devon-
port.
