Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for local purpose (soil conservation and river control), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Change of Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, from reserves for local purpose (plantation), to reserves for local purpose (soil conservation and river control), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
