PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the reservations as to coal, gold, and silver as set out in No. 516880, for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board and Regional Water Board, from and after the 13th day of November 1980.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Sanitary Works in Block XIV, Ikitara Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 17th day of July 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 24 July 1980, No. 85, p. 2185, declaring land taken for sanitary works in Block XIV, Ikitara Survey District, Rangitikei County, by deleting the Schedule to the said Declaration, and substituting the following Schedule.
