MOUNT FURNISHINGS LTD.
The New Zealand Gazette of 9th October 1980, carried an advertisement for a winding up petition M. No. 164/80, filed by NIXON DICKSON LTD. against MOUNT FURNISHINGS LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of V. K. Lellman, 117 Willow Street, Tauranga, furnishers.
This winding up petition was advertised in error and Nixon Dickson Ltd. wishes to state that at the date the advertisement appeared Mount Furnishings Ltd. was not indebted to it in any sum.
Nixon Dickson Ltd. hereby unreservedly apologises to Mount Furnishings Ltd. for the publication of the above advertisement and regrets any inconvenience which has been caused as a result of the advertisement.
